Refund and Dispute Policy

At One for All Services SRL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 14 days of prodcut delivery. To initiate a refund or dispute, please contact our customer service team at contact@oneforallservices.com or call us at +32 02 403 4983. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Please note that digital services are non-refundable.

EU 14-Day Cancellation Policy

In compliance with EU consumer rights regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day of the contract conclusion.

Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
